SUWADA Classic Japanese Nail Nipper

The SUWADA Classic is a two-handle nail nipper made in Japan. Its curved opposing cutting edges are designed for controlled trimming of the nail plate, with direct hand control over each cut.

The body is made from high-carbon stainless steel. The Classic is available in Large (12 cm) and Small (10 cm).

How to use

• Use the nipper on the nail plate and keep surrounding skin clear of the cutting edges.
• Make small, controlled cuts rather than removing a large section at once.
• Use a nail file to smooth an edge if needed after trimming.
• If a nail edge is painful, inflamed, bleeding or embedded in surrounding skin, do not use the nipper as treatment; seek advice from an appropriate healthcare professional.
